At Iskconcreation, our priority is your satisfaction with our products. We strive to deliver high-quality items, and we understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. Please read our Return Policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Immediately contact our Customer Support at 7017909206 or email us at  iskconcreations@gmail.com to report the issue.
  2. Provide Details: Share details of the damage or defect along with clear photos of the product.
  3. Verification: Our team will verify the provided information and, if necessary, arrange for a reverse pickup from your address to our warehouse.

Refund Process:

  1. Upon receiving the damaged or defective product and verifying the issue, we will initiate the refund process.
  2. Refunds are typically completed within 8-10 working days.
  3. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your source bank account/cards.
  4. For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be credited after confirmation from the customer. Please note that shipping charges for COD orders are non-refundable.
  5. If the refund doesn’t appear in your account, feel free to follow up with us at  iskconcreations@gmail.com.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for products with non-repairable manufacturing flaws once delivered from our warehouse.

Return Through Courier Collection:

  1. Contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving the product to request a return/exchange.
  2. We will arrange for a courier to collect the items from the delivery address.
  3. Products must be in unused condition, in their original packing, and accompanied by the invoice for return/exchange or refund to be permitted.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be provided in the same manner as the payment was made.
  • Credit card or net-banking payments will be refunded to the respective accounts.
  • For Cheque payments, a physical check will be mailed to the billing address.

Please note that any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account are administered by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
